Four More Years
Kerry Wins Pennsylvania; Bush Wins the White House
Sen. Kerry phoned President Bush this morning to concede the election, according to White House spokesman Scott McClellan. McClellan quoted the president as telling Kerry he was "an admirable, worthy opponent." Kerry is expected to make a public concession speech at 2 p.m. ET and Bush is scheduled to speak at 3 p.m. ET.
